By forming different teams, participants have to distribute the tasks so they can manage the available time. After the ingredients selection, you will have a workshop that will teach you how to do the authentic “francesinha”. The secrets of this Porto delicacy will be shared so all the participants can became ambassadors of the wonderful “francesinha”.

After all the team effort in its preparation, this “francesinha” will taste even better!

Francesinhas (porto typical sandwich) is like the tripeiros (Porto´s inhabitants) of the invicta city: rude, contradictory, passionate and very spicy.

Rude – because it is a strong, complex and intense gastronomic speciality in terms of the way its cooked;

Contradictory – because when we look separately at the ingredients, we never could imagine that would result so good as it does;

Passionate – because it causes a set of sensations on the palate;

Spicy – because a true “tripeiro” (Porto inhabitant), never hide his feelings, expressing what he thinks in a sincerely and spontaneous way.
